Commercial Recipe for Mandarin Sauce (Chinese)
Ingredients
15 pounds Hoisin Sauce
5 pounds Oyster Sauce
5 pounds Ground Bean Sauce (commercial product)
2 pounds sugar
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons white pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a sealable container.
Mix well.
Label container with name and date.
Refrigerate until use.
