Bossam – Simple Boil

보쌈 (bossam)
Bossam is a great way to enjoy kimchi and pork belly. The bite sized wraps make an excellent appetizer, banchan like dish, or drinking snack (anju).
This recipe is for one of the simplest bossam preparations.

Spicy Odaeng (Spicy Korean Fishcake)

There are many different types of fishcake. This recipe is a spicy version of Odaeng, and works well with any flat sheet style of fishcake, however the very thin fishcake sold in rolls is best. These are available in the refrigerated section of most larger and some smaller Asian stores.

Korean Spicy Chicken Wings

The other Kfc. This is another popular dish served in my former restaurant. A great alternative to the standard “Buffalo” wings for game days.

Ingredients
